1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RecruiterCRMFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including recruitment agencies, employers, job seekers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

RecruiterCRMFlow provides a recruitment management platform that enables:

• Candidate and client management
• Job posting and application tracking
• ATS pipeline management
• AI-powered recruitment tools
• Public job boards
• Communication and task management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Candidate Data and Job Applications

When you apply for jobs through our platform:

• Your information is shared with the posting recruitment agency
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your submitted information
• The agency's privacy policy governs how they use your data
• We act as a data processor, not a data controller

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

Our Service offers various subscription tiers:

• Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice

Free trials may be offered. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RecruiterCRMFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to store, display, and use that content to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruiterCRMFlow shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions or omissions of third parties (including recruitment agencies)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RecruiterCRMFlow from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or submit

11. Account Closure & Data

You can cancel your subscription or close your account at any time from your settings. If your account is inactive or in breach of these Terms, we will notify you in advance and give you a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before any action is taken.

We value your data. When an account is closed, you can export all of your candidate, client, and job information before your access ends, and we will not delete your data without first giving you notice and the chance to back it up.

After closure, your data is retained for a grace period to allow for reactivation or export, and is only permanently removed if you explicitly request deletion or after an extended period of inactivity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
